In the very unlikely situation where we do run out of an item, we let you know right on the product information page with a Temporarily Out of Stock sign. We use FedEx ground for all our shipments within North America. Orders to the East coast of the US take about 2 - 4 business days. The West coast is 3 - 5 business days. Orders within Canada take 1 - 4 business days (Toronto 1 day, Ottawa and Montreal 2 days, East and West coasts 3 - 4 days). We’ve found that FedEx is extremely reliable, and their scanning system allows us to track your shipment every step of the way.
