If you're just browsing - Visit the Product Catalog, and pick from a variety of product categories like Special Promotions, Wine Accessories, Corkscrews by Le Creuset....

For a more specific search, use the Search Box on the left hand side of the page. For example, if you're looking for the Screwpull by Le Creuset - Enter the keyword Screwpull in the Search Box. Hit the word Search, and you’ll get a list of all the products with Screwpull in their description. For a more detailed search, use the Advanced Search capability. It’s that easy to find the products you're looking for in our store.

We Stock Everything we Sell
The only way we can ensure you receive the products you order on time is to keep everything in stock. In the very unlikely situation where we do run out of an item, we let you know right on the product information page with a Temporarily Out of Stock sign. We also disable your ability to place the item in your shopping cart. We don’t want you to ever wait for your delivery because we didn’t have your item in stock.

All our Products are sold in US $
All of our prices are in US $$. We gladly accept credit card purchases via Visa or Master Card which will be processed in US $. Orders to the USA do not include any taxes or duties.

We use FedEx Ground to ship all our orders in North America
Orders to the East coast of the US take about 2 - 4 business days. The West coast is 4 - 6 business days. Orders within Canada take 1 - 5 business days (Toronto 1-2 days, Ottawa and Montreal 2-3 days, East and West coasts 4-5 days). We've found that FedEx Ground is the best balance between speed, and cost. Since we stock everything we sell, we process and ship your order the next business day.

If you need faster delivery
You can select FedEx Air with deliver to most metropolitan centers in the continental North America within 2 business days. If you’ve put off your shopping, this service can save the day.

For orders outside North America
We will e-mail you with shipping costs after we receive your order. We will await your confirmation via e-mail before we ship your products. We will not bill your credit card until we have your shipping confirmation. Unfortunately, International shipping can be expensive and we want to ensure you approve all shipping costs. No surprises is part of what we mean by exceptional customer service.

For orders outside North America, the customer is responsible for any local duties or taxes (if applicable). It is impossible for us to accurately determine these costs at our end.

You can track your shipment every step of the way
If you are interested. Click here, and you will be taken to the FedEx tracking system. Enter the tracking number that we sent you, and see where your package is. Its easy, and very interesting!

We monitor all our shipments each day, so we can ensure that your package arrives on time. We have direct contact with FedEx should we have any questions about your order. The FedEx system works, and helps us ensure we can meet our delivery commitment to you!

Sending your order as a Gift is easy
Once you begin the check out process you will be asked for your billing address. This is the address your credit card bill is sent to. You'll be given the option to include a different shipping address. Simply include the name and address of the person you want the gift sent to. When the ship to name and address is different from the bill to information, we assume your order is a gift. We include a gift card with any comments you've included. We don't include any receipt or pricing information when we ship your gift. If you have any questions, simply email us and we'll pay special attention to your request.
