The only way we can ensure you receive the products you order on time is to keep everything in stock. In the very unlikely situation where we do run out of an item, we let you know right on the product information page with a Temporarily Out of Stock sign. We also disable your ability to place the item in your shopping cart. We don’t want you to ever wait for your delivery because we didn’t have your item in stock.

Orders to the East coast of the US take about 2 - 4 business days. The West coast is 4 - 6 business days. Orders within Canada take 1 - 5 business days (Toronto 1-2 days, Ottawa and Montreal 2-3 days, East and West coasts 4-5 days). We've found that FedEx Ground is the best balance between speed, and cost. Since we stock everything we sell, we process and ship your order the next business day. We’ve found that FedEx is extremely reliable, and their scanning system allows us to track your shipment every step of the way.
